SSM operates a professionally managed motorcycle fleet based in Big Pine Key, Monroe County, Florida, under the brand name Keys Moto. Our services include motorcycle fleet management for motorcycle owners and facilitation of motorcycle rentals for riders through licensed third-party rental platforms.
SSM does not directly rent motorcycles to consumers. All motorcycle rental transactions, including booking, payment processing, insurance coverage, renter verification, and rental agreements, are facilitated through our licensed third-party rental platform partner(s). Rental transactions are governed by the platform's own Terms of Service, which renters and owners must independently accept.

SSM offers fleet management services to motorcycle owners under a separate Fleet Management Agreement. Owner partnership terms, revenue sharing, expense responsibilities, and operational procedures are governed exclusively by that agreement and are not part of these website Terms of Service.
Rental pricing is set by SSM based on market conditions, seasonality, motorcycle type, and rental duration. All prices displayed on the Site or communicated verbally are estimates and are subject to change. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking through the rental platform.
SSM offers courtesy discounts to eligible individuals:
Discounts are applied as a courtesy adjustment at check-in. Valid identification must be presented in person. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, platform coupons, or third-party offers. SSM reserves the right to modify or discontinue discount programs at any time.
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Signature Service Management LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Monroe County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
