Information From Third Parties:
- If you book a rental through our third-party rental platform partner, we may receive your booking details, identity verification status, and rental history as necessary to fulfill the rental

- Motorcycle owners: Limited rental activity information (dates, general condition reports) as required under fleet management agreements; your personal contact information is never shared with owners
- Service providers: Hosting, analytics, and communication tools that assist in operating the Site
- Law enforcement: When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others
- GPS tracking data: Speed and location data may be shared with the rental platform and/or law enforcement in cases of theft, violation of rental terms, or legal requirement
5. GPS Tracking Disclosure
Every motorcycle in our managed fleet is equipped with a GPS tracking device. If you rent a motorcycle from our fleet, you acknowledge that:
- Your location, speed, and movement are tracked in real time during the rental period
- GPS data is recorded and retained for 90 days after the rental concludes
- GPS data may be used to enforce the terms of the Rider Supplemental Agreement, including speed penalties and geofencing restrictions
- GPS data may be disclosed to law enforcement in cases of theft, unreturned vehicles, or illegal activity
6. Cookies & Tracking
The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Remember your preferences
- Analyze Site traffic and usage patterns
- Improve Site performance
You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling cookies may limit some Site functionality.
7. Data Security
