Eligible Groups & Discount Rates
Military & Veterans — 10% Off
Eligible individuals:
- Active duty U.S. military (all branches)
- U.S. military reserves and National Guard
- U.S. military veterans (honorably discharged)
- Military spouses with valid dependent ID
Accepted identification:
- Common Access Card (CAC)
- Uniformed Services ID Card (DD Form 2)
- DD-214 (Certificate of Release or Discharge)
- VA Health Identification Card
- Dependent ID card (for spouses)
First Responders — 10% Off
Eligible individuals:
- Sworn law enforcement officers (federal, state, county, municipal)
- Firefighters (career and volunteer with department ID)
- Emergency Medical Services (EMTs, paramedics)
- 911 dispatchers and emergency communications personnel
- Corrections officers
Accepted identification:
- Department-issued photo ID or badge with ID
- Active employment verification letter (within 90 days)
Educators — 5% Off
Eligible individuals:
- K-12 teachers (public and private)
- College and university professors, instructors, and adjunct faculty
- School administrators (principals, vice principals, superintendents)
- Licensed school counselors and psychologists
- Full-time teaching assistants
Accepted identification:
- School or district-issued photo ID
- Current academic year employment letter on school letterhead
Terms & Conditions
- Verification required. Eligible identification must be presented in person at motorcycle check-out. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
- One discount per rental. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, platform coupons, referral credits, or third-party offers.
- Application method. Discounts are applied as a courtesy adjustment at check-in by SSM. The discount is calculated against the base rental rate before platform fees and optional coverage add-ons.
- Non-transferable. Discounts apply only to the verified individual. The eligible person must be the named renter on the booking.
- Subject to availability. Discounts apply to all motorcycle categories and rental durations, subject to availability.
- Program modifications. SSM reserves the right to modify discount rates, eligible groups, or discontinue the discount program at any time without prior notice.
- No cash value. Discounts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for credit, refund, or other consideration.
